2' x 4' Treated Lumber

These will primarily be used for the second story walls of both the mission center room additions and the Project Esperanza apartment project. It is very important that they be treated lumber due to the huge problem with termites. 2 x 4 x 8 #2 Prime Treated Lumber est cost $2.27 each.

Sheetrock Mud

This is used when applying sheet rock for the walls. Requested: Boxed 47 Lb. Lightweight Drywall Joint Compound. Est $6.87 per box. Will be used at the mission center, and the new "Project Esperanza" apartment project
